The PFG Youth Program helps young athletes move better, get faster, and perform with purpose. Each phase is designed to enhance athletic ability — building strength, balance, speed, and confidence that transfers directly to sport.
Our training system develops complete athletes — stronger on the field, quicker in motion, and smarter in movement — while reducing the risk of injury and burnout.
Every phase builds on the one before it, creating a clear path from fundamentals to peak performance.
Below are the three progressive stages of the PFG Youth Performance Pathway:

Foundation Program – Build the Base
Develop strength, coordination, and body control through fundamental movement patterns. Athletes learn how to move efficiently, improve balance, and prevent injuries — setting the stage for long-term athletic success.

Performance Program – Level Up
Turn strength into speed, agility, and explosive power. This phase challenges athletes to apply their movement skills in sport-specific ways, enhancing reaction, acceleration, and overall performance on the field or court.

Power Program – Play Strong
Build explosive strength, speed, and confidence through fun, sport-based workouts. Athletes learn how to control power, move faster, and stay strong through every play — turning their hard work into real on-field performance.
