I’m Chima, founder of PFG. My journey began with soccer a sport I loved from childhood until serious injuries changed everything. Years of pain, surgery, and rehab forced me to rethink how the body moves, heals, and adapts.
Those setbacks shaped my resilience and inspired my commitment to strength training, movement, and osteopathy. What began in my garage has grown into PFG: a private training and recovery studio built on purpose, care, and long-term progress.
My mission is simple to help people move freely, recover fully, and grow stronger for life.

Welcome to my yoga journey! With a lifelong passion for movement, I transitioned from aerobics and Jazzercise to the profound practice of yoga, which I now love sharing as a certified instructor. After prioritizing family and work for years, retirement has allowed me to return to my calling, and I recently deepened my knowledge with a Science of Stretching course. I'm thrilled to partner with Chima to offer classes that focus on intentional and wellness—let’s reconnect with our strength, breath, and flow together! I look forward to seeing you in class.
