I’m Chima, founder of PFG Strength.
My journey started with soccer, a sport I loved growing up and believed would always be part of my life.
That changed after serious injuries led to multiple surgeries. I underwent two surgeries on the same knee ,an ACL reconstruction and later a meniscus surgery. Years later, I faced another major setback and required lower back surgery.
Recovery changed the way I saw movement, strength, and health.
I experienced rehabilitation from both sides, not just as a coach, but as someone rebuilding himself.
That experience became the foundation of PFG.

My Story
Pain changed my direction,but not my purpose.
After years of sport and recovery, I realized true health goes beyond simply treating symptoms or exercising harder.
My lower back surgery required stabilization after damage to the disc, and the recovery process taught me patience, discipline, and respect for how connected the body truly is.
During COVID, I started coaching from my garage.
What began as a small space and a simple idea slowly grew into something bigger ,helping people become stronger, move better, reduce pain, and build confidence through movement.
As I worked with more people, I realized I wanted a deeper understanding of performance, recovery, and the body as a whole.
That led me to continue my education ,earning formal training in fitness through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and later returning to school to study osteopathy.
Today, PFG brings together structured strength training and osteopathic principles to bridge the gap between performance and recovery.
This is not generic fitness.
