1-on-1 Training
Service Description
Our 1-on-1 training is designed for those who prefer focused, private coaching tailored entirely to their individual needs. Whether your goals are to build strength, improve mobility, return to movement after injury, or simply have the undivided attention of a coach, this option provides a customized path forward. Unlike semi-private training, where up to four clients may share the space while working on their own individualized programs, 1-on-1 sessions are fully private. You’ll have the space and time to move at your pace, ask questions, and explore what works best for your body — without the distractions of a group setting. These sessions are ideal if: You’re recovering from injury or dealing with pain. You prefer privacy or a quieter training environment. You’re new to exercise and want to build a strong foundation. You have very specific performance or rehabilitation goals. You want direct guidance, support, and accountability from a coach. Each session is programmed based on your current ability, goals, and preferences. We’ll track your progress over time, adapt your plan as your needs evolve, and build a structure that fits your life. From strength and conditioning to posture correction and mobility work, every element is considered. For clients who find semi-private training appealing but feel unsure about where to begin, 1-on-1 training can also serve as a stepping stone. It allows you to build confidence, develop technique, and understand your body better before transitioning to a small group setting — if and when you feel ready. There’s no pressure or expectation to do things a certain way. This is about giving you the space and support to show up for yourself in the way that feels right.
